When I purchase a set of door knobs what does it come with?
A set of (2) crystal knobs, latch, (2) Led lights, (2) spindles and attachment screws
along with installation instructions.

Where can I purchase replacement batteries?
Battery type (3volt Lithium batteries) can be found at any Walgreen,CVS,Rite Aid, Radio
Shack and most stores that sell batteries.

How do I clean the door knobs?
We recommend using a streak free glass cleaner with dry cloth.

Where should I use the (Privacy Style) door knob?
This should normally be used in adult/teens bedroom and bathroom.
5.
Where should I use the (Passive Style) door knob?
This should normally be used in hallway closets, kids room.
6.
When does the light comes on and for how long?
Upon turn of the door knob will activate the (LED) lighting and will shut off after 1 min of
operation.
7.
What does the warranty cover?
All parts and accessories as per door knobs, LED lighting, and latch.
8.
Does this product fit standard size doors?
Our product fits 1 3/8 and 13/4 door thickness which is commonly the standard size doors.
9.
Can I use these door knobs for exterior doors?
We do not recommend for exterior useage for these styles.
